A man of good taste!

Skip the redcurrant crap and make that lamb more middle eastern with flatbreads and use real spuds for the wedges and we can be friends.

Love cooking a wide variety of things, don't know I have a favourite to cook as I like the variety and experementation of trying new recipes and trying to perfect them.

Happy cooking anything from a fry up to a slow smoked beef brisket or a Boston butt for perfect pulled pork.

Steak with rice, onions and peppercorn sauce is probably my all time favourite to eat, simple but always enjoyable.

Cheers,

Neil

I'm really fussy and tend to stick to the same foods. I eat with my eyes (not literally!) and will decide just by looking that I won't like it, which drives Mr B nuts.

I cook and eat mostly pasta dishes.

southend

I've developed a huge love for cooking. When I moved down south my idea of cooking was putting stuff in the microwave.

Now I'll follow a recipe, taste it then next time adapt it to my own tastes.

I make a fab chicken and chorizo jambalaya, can be made clean with quinoa or not so clean with rice. Sweet potato and salmon thai fishcakes. Turkey chlli.

Not so great with dessert things though.

Here's a really cheap, delicious, quickie...

Toast with Marmite (gotta love it), cooked baked beans on top, then grated cheese on top of that.

Whack it under the grill for 30 secs and Bob's yr uncle.
