I don't believe it's something you ever get over. you just learn how to deal with it and even then it bites your arse on days like this xxx |

The thing to remember is there is no right way only your way. I tend to go really quiet and can seem very moody. Problem with that is the people around you normally think it's something to do with them. so even though it's the last thing I want to explain it's probably best to. If I can help my box is always open xx |
