It's often said that a person should only change themself if they want to, not for anyone else.
It's a fair comment. Changing for yourself is much more likely to be successful than trying to change for someone else.
But what about changing in order to get something you want. Is that changing for yourself or for someone else?

depends on what they want is if your going to change yourself
many a person slims down to get into that dress that they want so much but they have to change a little to get it

Currently in the process of change. I originally started two years ago, then I got into a relationship. Now I'm trying again. Its kinda been a snakes and ladders run in terms of climbing up and falling back into bad habits |
