Had a bad day yesterday. My stalker returned for round 3.
My grandad also had a stroke and a heart attack and is basically waiting to die.
Feel very lost right now as don't have anyone i can really talk to  |

stress and shock make you feel like that sweet, be very gentle with you, only do the very necessary things to absolutely have to do right now, and that includes keeping hydrated, eating something and resting..so you have the strength and clarity for each day..take one day at a time..and big hugs and support sent from me to you xx  |

Hope you manage to deal with your stalker, and hope your Grandad doesn't suffer too much. Just remember that he will always be a big part of who you are, and will live on in you. I know my Gran does in me.
Hope you also find someone you can trust enough to open up to. It always helps to talk.

Full sympathies OP... my uncle had a heart attack a few months ago, then my auntie - his wife - was rushed to hospital as her heart's failing, she has to have major surgery soon to correct it
Just remind yourself that your grandad's in good hands. My grand parents have both gone too, but the loved ones that we've lost always live on in us. *hugs* |
