To show or not to show?
Reason im asking this, I have been told I have too many for a single male that's only been here for 4 months.
Most of mine are from club meets, so what's the genera opinion here, show them all or hide some? |

You only really need them to prove youre real or to give people a flavour of the thinngs you like to do.
If you enjoy clubs other club goers will understand why you have that number.
Do what you feel is right and forget what anyone else thinks! |

Sometimes you can't win lol.
Any single guys without veri's are labelled time wasters or fakes, yet when you get to clubs and mingle you've got too many!
Well at least you're genuine, if people don't like it my advice is move on and ignore them.
Use your profile how YOU want it! 11 veri's in 4 months is not excessive (less than 3 a month especially if you meet at clubs is not extreme at all)
Keep doing what you're doing and did what others think!  |

Verifications are for proving you are who you say you are, reliable, likeable etc. and not some psychotic bully or worse. Some people rely on them to make up a picture of what they already believe f you. Others couldn't give two hoots about what others think or say about you.
For me it's the safety aspect, they reinforce that others have met you, like you and that you are reasonably sane...
I pick and choose what to display...

You can just show the verification summary to show that you do meet.
If you're worried the number is too high, hide the summary but display a few (maybe 4 or 5 or whatever number you think is suitable).
It's your profile, do as you please.  |

I probably have 3 from meets where I have had sex with them, the rest are from socials etc. The reason I don't show all my veri's is because I like to keep who I have met to myself... |

You know what is so funny about this thread, you had a go at a new single guy the other day for not using the search function and bringing up repeat threads.
I have absolutley no problem with repeat threads, but don't have a go at someone doing the same as you do and he was a newbie |

I disagree what are veris for they are meant to make the next person that contemplates meeting you feel safer I really don't see how they do that each and every person has a different view of the next what one likes another doesn't and then theirs the reliability of verifications bearing in mind its easy to open an email and create a profile sorry nothing beats a real social meet in a public place and even then do you really know

We always show. It's easier for yourself to play yourself up in your profile but when someone leaves a verification they add their view of you. It's hard to describe yourselves so makes sense to use verifications as another reflection of who you are.
Also, nothing to hide and nothing to lose by showing them. |

When we show our verification summary we get the typical vitriolic stuff from the high and mighty ' quality over quantity ' brigade , so we don't show it .
What we do is show a selection of veris which pretty much show who and what we are , and what people may expect from meeting us .
At one point , a few months ago we were quite upset at some of the comments aimed at us , then we realised its our profile and we shouldn't let the haters get us down . We compromised , and we really don't care for those who wish to judge us .
And that sums it up op - find what works best for you and let the haters hate . There will be plenty more that will see you for you and not judge you . And they are the type you will enjoy meeting |

My profile says a lot about me, I may not be to everyone's liking, but I can't change the way I am.
The verifications I have show exactly who I am, nothing to hide and above all im a friendly person, or so im told anyway! |
