I work in an area where dogging and general dsexual deviant behavouir is rife...my job indirectly involves managing the areas where this carnal activity takes place.
I 've been asked to assist in the management and monitoring and subsequent monitoring of such activities....so do I:
Watch, catch and report people?
Ask politely they move on and do their dogging elsewhere and say no more?
Join in?
Photograph them, find out where they live and blackmail them for sex..lol?
or turn a blind eye?
Advice welcome and what course of action to take.

if it is part of your job.. suggest the above.
can't imagine the doggers paying your rent/mortgage if you don't do your job right and lose it.
