low and behold ... the snow has turned to rain and now the recent snow and latent ice are melting with a vengence ...

We've had 12" of snow on the ground since last Thursday and it's really starting to bug me now. It's just too darn cold to melt. My daughter has been up here off school all week because we can't clear the snow from around the car and get back down south, there's just too much of it and we've had fresh snowfall every day for a week.
I love a white Christmas but it's got to the point now where I wish it would arrive on Christmas Eve and bugger off on Boxing Day lol |

I woke up to find the snow cock in the garden had gone droopy
Well and truly thawing here,could'nt have happened yesterday before all my plans were ruined.........

Although the snow was pretty I am Really happy its been rainig here, just hope it doesn't go sub zero and become a skating rink, as it will be Much easier for me to get to the party at Chams tomorrow!!! |
