blocked for forum views

a got blocked for my views in the forum so when i post a thread a do not answer their views or opinions, childish or whatever, who else does this??

a decided to do this today not answer someone in forum

Perhaps it's best to not start threads like this. Everyone is allowed to block whoever they like.

I dont even notice who has blocked me, to be honest ... unless I am going to check their profile or message them, which is rare. I block if I know I am not going to have a conversation with the person, for a number of reasons, could be lots of reasons. Its never personal because I don't know anyone personally ... a couple of my blocks have been guys I met as a single fem and who attempted stalking me ...but no one on the forums

same here, rarely do I notice if Im blocked unless I've looked at someone's profile, probably half the forum have me blocked and I just haven't noticed

i have not said otherwise, i stated in the thread i posted a thread looked at the profile of someone who commented and seen i was blocked, so decided not to reply to them in the forum

i just noticed one profile and need to look at theirs to assess how to answer the post to a thread as am fed up of being banned from the forums i have had 7 now lol

i posted a thread... look at a reply.. decided to check their profile out before replying.... noticed i was blocked and decided seen as i was blocked they were not worthy of my reply in the forum... question has anyone else done similar... now i know its hard but a simple yes or no would suffice for the curret time until ive had a few drinks more

I think in general it's wise to not try to generate conversation with someone you know has blocked you - and there is a fab rule similar to this. The op wasn't trying to get around anything.

Op - we'll all disagree and have others disagree with us. Don't take too much to heart - this is part of life and people can be quick to block on fab, as it's standard etiquette here.

As long as posts are kept decent, reasonable and not insulting etc to others - as well as us all adhering to site rules - then we're just doing what most of the rest here are.

I've been blocked by many people on the forum. Only one of which I am bothered about as I found them intriguing and feel like they could give me tips in certain aspects. Even so if a forum discussion is happening I still comment on their views even though I'm blocked. Who cares. People block others for all sorts of reasons. No reason to not reply to forum posts.

I have had someone I have blocked try to get at me through the forums, but was told by admin that as I had blocked, and I had started the conversation, I could not do anything about it. The guy was really being personal and condescending and many people were pm ing me saying so too. However, over time, I do miss his posts and have melted towards him as a person ... still blocked though, but don't see any harm in him now. It was really quite intimidating at the time and I felt sort of helpless, or would shave apart front other forum users sending me messages saying he was being a fool.

you can't talk to people about why they have blocked you, but you can answer there threads, how would you know you where blocked unless you checked everyone's profile before you responded?
