Well maybe not banned but perhaps stickied completely up to you. I think ones like can't get a meet should be banned.....Have a few others but will see if they get mentioned |

None. Sometimes obvious and repeat threads are a way of newbies to dip their toe and can often throw up alternative views as newer formated have the chance to post on them.
If people don't like the repeat threads they can simply move on to the next one or start an original one themselves. |

I have noticed there are not so many people moaning about the repeat threads and I think that is a welcome trend as its horrible for new forum users to be yawned at. The popcorn and habibos code for 'fight, fight, fight' is bad enough but all of these things are on the ebb, for now. I know I can't post or won't post certain threads I would like to debate ... I wish more of these could be debated ... by perhaps a different crew or some different voices, or people who are more open. Not mentioning anyone or everyone here ... but sometimes it gets a bit brutal and personal. |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
Although I agree with most of the above (if you don't like a post, ignore it) I find the posts dictating how others should use this site tedious to put it mildly. What works for you might not work for me and vice versa. Live and let live is what I say. |

I don't want any threads banned. I'd rather people were more friendly and inclusive and stopped with the stupid popcorn comments.
Debate is good. If it's between adults. |

No one has ever forced me to use the forums. No one makes me open threads; some entice with the promise of something good, but I choose what I read and answer. We have enough censorship in the world, let's not take away freedom of speech. |

Great responses tbh and shows how little thought had put into this post that might even suggest posts that didn't have a lot of thought put into them be banned lol.
Certainly like to see less of the forumite hugging posts as though not accusing people of having a clique these do just generate the same names and not inclusive for new people or those on the fringes.
Also agree would be great to see more debate instead of my way is the word and death to the heretics approach that sometimes happens. No ones going to agree all the time but accepting that would lead to a more harmonious forum |

People who ask questions then PM you to chat you up, often OP then starts replying in their topic after you ignore them.
Aw, my bitchy answers should probably be banned. |

Everyone was new once. Some of the cliquey forumites should remember that. |

I don't think that any should be banned. There are always new posters or those who might have missed a thread the first, second or third time.
Any that bore or don't interest me, I ignore.
Also the same thread topic can go different ways depending on the tone and quite often who has started it. |

Kiss, hug or fuck posts should be transferred to euthanase, slow death or hung drawn and quartered, within minutes of all posting.
Not that I'm a closed minded sort, and want to deny people their 'fun'.
Arguments should also be taken outside, and out of written format. Jousting, maybe?
Any mention of stuff like 'kik anyone?' are always the kiss of death.
But, there are newer people here and we all learned the hard way.
It's not that there should be a thread 'delete' button, that others should press, which would auto-delete any thread, once an acceptable threshold has been reached, such as just one press from me or a 100 from cumulative others. No, no, no - I'm an open minded, live and let live type of person, who thinks it's ok for me to post my drivel, but not for others. |
