I always feel like a dinosaur when I go to the gym. My gym is the local university gym so I'm surrounded by the tiniest women ever, usually with full make up and the latest fashions on. Me in my old t-shirt and leggings just doesn't cut it.
On the other hand, I do go to the gym to get and stay fit, not meet gym boys. |

depends on the body and face i guess lol
i do think seeing someone workout is good but at my local gym there are too many posers and little boys grunting and groaning on the free weights wearing trackies and hoodies with their hoods over their heads and their musclemax protein shakers  |

I look like a sweaty, hairy, broken mess in the gym.... on legs day I'm lucky if I can even walk. More specifically if I had the energy to fuck after the gym, I'd feel I hadn't worked to my maximum potential. |

I find seeing a woman down the gym, putting in the effort to try and look better and improve her fitness quite an inspiring thing. That always impresses me. That and the figure hugging lycra outfits |

It's a bit of a strange one this.
At the gym I go to theres a few women who dress in a way that is definitely intended to get them attention to the point that it's actually over blatant and just tacky.
I'm by no means a prude but I find it a bit uncomfortable as you make a point not to look but when you do glance round they always happen to be looking at you..
Looking to see if your looking.

Hot.
Very hot.
To me it's about self-respect.
However...I will qualify this: an awful lot of people,guys AND girls alike,go to the gym but don't REALLY workout. I'm sorry,but there is a difference between going through the motions,literally,and actually working hard. The latter I have respect for and it's one of the reasons I find watching the World Athletics Championships so awesome. The female athletes I just find SO attractive because I find that kind of drive,that willingness to push hard,very attractive.

The gym I go to has far more men who seem to treat it as a social outing than women. Though there are a couple who turn up fully made up which I find a bit weird. If I tried that, it would be running down my face in 10 minutes...
Anyway back to the original post... Yes there are some really hot ladies at the gym though, I don't really look as I'm working too hard

Must admit, I used to rip the heads off of men who approached me at the gym though...
Nothing worse than someone trying to hit on you when you're hot, dripping in sweat and clearly "in the zone" and someone comes along and interferes. |

I too go comfy not to wow with flawless hair & makeup.... Why do they do it? Mystery to me

I usually have hair scraped back, no make up on and dress for comfort as I'm there to concentrate on working out, not what you'd call attractive!!!
Although watching the gorillas on the weights showing off always makes for good people watching entertainment! Lol  |
