"Hi five and a fist bump!
Thanks lovely and weren't you supposed to be cleaning "
I have been, I'm rewarding myself with 10 mins forum time. It's like a sticker chart for adults |

"I haven't decided what my ultimate reward is yet to be. Suggestions welcome
Ohhh don't the white knights will be galloping in on their trusty steads and those trusty steads don't half leave a mess "
Hmmm you're right. I'll treat myself to some cake later and leave it at that. |

"You may have a high 5, but not "an" high five.."
It's entirely dependent on the OP's accent. If she pronounces 'high' without a breathy 'h' at the start then 'an high five' is grammatically correct since the 'high' starts with a vowel sound not a consonant.

I have higher expectations than that. Come back when you've been to the toilet. Don't forget to wash your hands first. |

You do know I just read that out loud in a Northern accent (which for someone with a West Country fat vowelled burr was a real effort)? Luckily my cat is deaf so no living being heard it. |
