When I get sent random messages, usually off the back of a forum post, they tend to come in 3's which can be a little frustrating because I'm not an octopus and can't type that quickly. Then my head goes into meltdown and I spontaneously combust  |

I'm sure you'll make many happy with a random message. I should think a lot of guys on here rarely get any messages other than replies. Chats usually start with guys or couples sending an initial message, how few Ladies NEED to message someone first? |

Exactly. For an SG the norm is - Read (No reply) or Deleted (Again no reply) Even if not interested it might help to be told what was wrong. I was told yesterday my profile lacked 'interest' so I've tried a re-write. Also my pic was not a turn on. Trouble there is what DO ladies or couples WANT to see?
So as you see, messages from a woman is a very different thing to ones from a man... |

You're never going to have a profile that'll appeal to every female and couple on here. Their preferences will all vary wildly. My profile isn't the greatest, I'm just not that great when it comes to creative wording it would appear. Don't get stuck in the rut of trying to please all, it'll simply never happen. Just be yourself and you should eventually meet someone you click with  |

Yeah, I don't mind getting random mail, I generally get mail from some of the 'brain droppings' I leave in the forums. As I have no agenda to get laid, there's never pressure to steer conversations toward getting my hands in anyone's pants.
Replies usually guaranteed, unless the message is wanting something odd, like a lift to Tesco or to shit on my coffee table. |
