I have a number of houses in various locations and on occasions you get nice which are easily got rid of by either poison or a trap
However recently I have laid both poison and traps and neither appear to be working .
I have now bought a commercial poison and am awaiting the results ..Do some nice know to ignore certain types of poison .
I have also bought a Ultrasonic Fox deterrent so hope that there will be no more foxes on my garden.

They do become immune to certain poisons. Can't beat the old-style mousetraps - I always used both traps and poison.
Good luck with the ultrasonic fox thingies...
We have other ways of dealing with in the countryside.  |

Mice don't eat a lot , best way is to remove other food sources and then poison . Rats on the other hand eat loads so if you see bait going down significantly you have rats
I use traps, every time with peanut butter on it . I regularly bait properties to see if it's being eaten . When I catch a mouse or rat I put loads of traps down
I did see a rat paper that is a sticky paper like fly paper that rats get stuck to .
My experience has shown that rats and mice only live where food is left uncovered or easily got to . And only seen on a Saturday night after smoking or drinking loads of alcohol
Rats hate new things so if tenants keep cleaning up washing up taking laundry out , emptying bins hoovering daily , they are less likely to get rats in the first place .
Same with ants mice pigeons fleas bed bugs exes and anything else that they complain about |

Stop crumbs ... Mr's mum's house was virtually infected and we tried everything. They went when she went into hospital ... but they may be back now she is back home and as it gets colder. we have cats, so we are sending them over on an all expenses-paid holiday, food included ... |

I have an electric mice deterrent.
Plug it in to a plug socket and it sends a signal thru the ring main that mice hate. Live in the country so used to get loads when the weather started getting colder. Got it off t'internet about ten years ago and none since.
Probably just jinxed myself now. |
