How many do you have?

I may be developing another obsession

How many is reasonable for someone who only gets a few hours a week to use them? How many is silly?

There are so many lovely ones available now.

I use pens most often and find them easier to get strong colour but pencils can be used for blending and shading. I'm about the furthest thing from an artist it's possible to get but sometimes when doing, say, flowers, I'll blend (or try!) one colour into another on the petals and leaves.

I'd put up a pic if it wouldn't be a bit naff on here, and have all my non-forum friends wondering wtf is going on.

That's fine. Oranges grow on trees and Blue Grass is a thing.

"i have two, bought by my mother for me at christmas..i like the mandala ones and i like fineliners, but then im a sucker for stationary...any excuse

when ive finished one i often dont touch the books for ages..im not an 'avid' colourer' x

I never stop that reminds me about your fab ice lolly pic..when i was pregnant with my son i ate two packets of them a day for about 6 months...i couldnt stop

Was he born with a love of Fab ice lollies? My mum was heavily pregnant with me during summer months and she ate tons of plain icr lollies... and that's just my general craving now hes 15 nearly 16, he just likes food however when i see your pic i start salivating..hehehe i dont buy them in case i cant stop again..it was an expensive habit x"

You can get six own brand ones for a quid from Aldi x

"Oh, and... erm... I have 150 felt tips, about thirty gel pens - I need more! - 54 fine liners & 24 Sharpies. Then 72 Maro Raffine pencils, 36 WHSmith pencils, 12 metallic pencils & 50 cheap Wilkos pencils that I've retired.

i used stabilo fineliners then went onto the stadlear ones..

prefer crayola or faber castell polychromos pencils

I have the Scribblicious fine liners from The Works, which I like but the darker colours bleed a bit but I have some from Wilkos & Sainsbury's to bulk up my collection, I quite fancy trying crayola pencils though cos I've heard good things about them.

Do you have Wild Savannah?

Yeah ive got all 3 of the MM onees.. was after the postcard set she released of Animal Kingdom too

Think i only did one picture from Wild Savannah though.. lost my love for it when i found exercise "

Ahhh. I have AK & TW and I love those - I actually spent two weeks going between those two once - so I quite fancy WS

SOUTH WEST & WALES

I have two colouring books and a pencil case full of crayons and a sharpener ( I love to sharpen - it's almost better than the colouring !). I'm planning on doing them during some sick leave I have scheduled in a few weeks when I won't be able to lift a finger.
