Savoury please. Single and mingling here. I do not think it is helpful to put labels on people. This is a site for meeting others for sex and for friendship, in many cases. There are so many single people signed up here it can not be thought of as primarily a 'couples' site.

A single who only meets other singles is not swinging. A single who joins others for group sex and/or goes to parties is swinging.

I view myself as a swinger (after years on the scene I think that's fair enough) but what I'm doing now is not swinging

People like to put labels on things and put them in nice neat compartments

I'm more of a messy, jumbly sort of person and labels are pretty meaningless

Is it wife swapping? in that case to be a swinger you need to have a wife (or be one)

I don't believe that singles meeting for sex as they do here are dating. Dating to me is goi g for dinner, cinema, days out, meeting your friends/family etc. there's a difference there too.

I'm pretty good at determining whether I'm going to enjoy a person from here,just by chatting and maybe a phone call. I think the term 'swinger' or 'swinging' has been watered down over several years. It seems to mean something different to many people.

Can a single be a swinger? Of course! How would all the couples, of different combinations have their 3somes or gbs? There is a place for everyone, or should be. Swinging as you can see by reading the forums is very diverse.

I guess there could be an argument for singles that only meet other singles, I once saw a post from a guy who said he would never stick his cock in a pussy that had just been vacated by another cock. That to me, made him not a swinger. I also have my doubts when you read a profile that says they wish to be wined and dined. To me that is more dating. That's not to say I think the same of meeting for a social first. Who knows what a mad axeman, or woman looks like? A social can help in most cases. It could be argued that a single who only meets other singles is just promiscuous.

Personally I am happy to meet singles and couples and have done! I am after all very diverse!

Swinging come in different forms, you can go to clubs or parties, you can just have house meets and swap partners or if you are single and got more than 1 sexual partner you are a swinger if you are a couple you are swingers, if I could choose being label as swinger I feel lot happier than being label gay, bi, straight etc
