I'm fairly sure that Dwarf is an officially PC term. It is derived from "Dwarfism" which is a proper Medical term.
Did you know, there are agencies which hire out dwarfs..... including dwarf strippers (mainly Male I think).

The first woman I ever swung with was technically a dwarf although I didn't realise until I met the couple in the pub as her description was average and the pics were all breast up.
At first I was a bit uncomfortable with it but after a couple of beers and them both making it clear they were game I decided to go for it.
