You know how most organisations have a set of 5 or 6 values which are supposed to shape the culture in the company.
Always things like 'customer first'
Well if the forum had these what would they be? |

Ok. The culture I wish the forums espoused
1. Our default setting is welcoming
2. Our minds are always open.
3. We actively encourage youth to question and learn.
4. We celebrate difference.
5. We encourage and welcome debate.
