It depends on the guy. Some can have all of those and still be unattractive whilst some have none and are extremely hot.

I don't tend to look at a guy's bum first, though I do appreciate a nice bum.

I'm more likely to notice a face first, particularly nice eyes and smile.

I'm a sucker for a handsome face (preferably above a nice set of big shoulders and strong arms). But if there's no banter I'd look but move on.
