I'm lucky enough to have my own little bit of personal space away from work and home.
I go there to read, study, meditate, do a bit of training, lesson plans. Anything to take my mind away from whatever is unsettling me and relax.
Light some incense and chill.... |

Take some alone time if I can - and if not then try my very best not to rant about how pissed off I am!
But end up doing it anyway!
I wondered where all my friends had gone..... |

It al depends I. What has got to me to piss me off.
If it's been building for a while I disappear, switch all forms of communication off and go away for a couple of days.
If I'm just annoyed I sit back have a think about why and maybe go for a walk somewhere or a drive out to a nice remote place and cool off |

I used to get on fab and have a quick and very casual spontaneous meet when I was angry. ..It always made me feel worse! So have finally stopped myself doing it!
I now do some exercise or have a frig. ..release some tension and anger! |

I (Neil) used to break things, mainly because I was happy fixing things, which took my mind of being angry. Downside was that it could get expensive.
These days I tend to get whatever has annoyed me off my chest and them get over it by going out with, or sit quietly with the dogs as I can't stay angry with them around.

Depends on who / what has pissed my off.
I tend to remove myself from the situation, work out how I'm going to deal with it & then move on.
Failing that a glass of vino helps |

I go over and over things in my head sometimes. If provoked I will go off like a hand grenade and be fine five mins later, or I will just thrash it out in the pool sometimes - physical exertion helps. |

Go for a walk to calm down if at home... If it's work related drive home with rock music blazing!! If you ever drive up the M1 near Nottingham and see some nutter head banging in their car that's me recovering!! |
