I want to wear heels, take a mens 8 what size womens shoes would fit, seen nice ones in a charity shop but not sure, pretty new to it, also I am a well built, alright chubby guy, 44 chest 34 waist, what female size clothes would fit

You need to try them on as women's dress sizes aren't universal. A 34 waist would be around a UK14 though.

There are actually websites for TV's/CDs etc to get their shoes from, I'm guessing you would be a very wide fitting
