No, I love driving too much. My car probably hates me though, but she seems to enjoy the ride

I love driving, but there are times when i would love to flick a switch and just be a passenger.

I wonder if you will need a licence for these in the future?

My dad has an electric car and it terrifies me I find it quite uncomfortable whilst being a passenger

Electric engine auto gearbox *shudders*

So driverless is completely out of the question.

Of course you will, but I imagine it will more likely be to say you can operate the controls safely. At £60 for a piece of plastic, I'd be surprised if they ditched it

Dont see why not. Cordless screw drivers have been around for ages . You get the occasional stripped thread and the odd broken bit , but thats all part of swinging ay it.x

No. Paranoia makes me think that they could be intercepted via hackers or terrorists or even the Government if they fancied a cull every now and then.

Fuck that shit.

I love the idea of a government cull, would it be done like the governments petitions?

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I like driving.

I can see a time when it will be like the Jetsons with everyone in their designated traffic stream for their destination, at a fixed speed, with the requisite space between each vehicle. That seems to be what the Google/Alphabet tests seem to be trialling.

I haven't even worked out the feature that allows my car to park itself and rarely use the rear camera view.

Cars do park themselves - it's great!! It allows the driver to look at more interesting things
