I'm just going to make a lovely pork stew in my slow cooker for my tea! Yum! What comfort food does every one else like to warm up on these cold snowy days? |

you shouldn't have mentioned apple crumble Sprite, I'm now going to have to make one if they've got any apples at my local shop! Failing that i've got some tins of rhubarb so I can make a crumble with that instead! |

you shouldn't have mentioned apple crumble Sprite, I'm now going to have to make one if they've got any apples at my local shop! Failing that i've got some tins of rhubarb so I can make a crumble with that instead! "

chicken chassuer with a bottle of wine
or my fav tho cant have it at mo beef in guiness slow cooked and put in a pie with homemade pastry |

marinade a slab of meat in a mixture of spices
slap it in the pyrex with leaks, carrots, onions and a few mushrooms
serve with rice flavoured with orange rind.
and for dessert serve a banana and orange souffle
and put your feet u afterwards... |

stews and Norfolk dumplings mmm and soups and hot things like currys, chillies, Hot backed potatos with all sorts.... muled red wines with orange and spcies. |

I did cheat a bit, we fish for Dover sole with nets out on our boat, my dad must be in a good mood, he let me take a Lobster home, mind you it only had one claw! Lol still Lobster salad coming up!

Just had a mountain of belly ballast.
Homemade lasagne, green salad, lovely crisp crostini and a glass of full bodied red.......I'm liking the fact No1 son cannot work just now so cooks at home instead. |

throw those dumplings in the bin! they make me boak.
homemade bacon leek and lentil soup for me...on a rare sweet tooth moment its lemon and sugar pancakes or ginger and treacle pudding |
