A swinging low

I've been swinging, solidly for six months now (though not my first time at the rodeo of filth).

Have had a lot of fun, met some incredible people but an odd incident this week and selfish behaviour has left me feeling like shite.

Putting it down to circumstance and all will be fine, just can't shake it. Anyone else had this and how do you deal with it?

Without knowing the details it is hard to say... But if it was us. Chalk it up as bsd experience(they will occassionally happen). Forget about that person or persons. And go forth and find some new playmates...

Tried that, made it worse! Maybe I need a break (though don't really want to).

Argh! The frustration!!

This is your journey, taken on your terms. If you forget that or get a little flustered or rushed then take a deep breath, remember who you're doing it for (You) and come back to it again when you feel re-centred. That'd be my advice. Good luck

p.s. somethings are only worth trying once. If it doesn't work for you find something that does It's all about self-empowerment in the end imo

You need time! I had a bad experience and I needed at least 3 months out of the scene. I am now armed and I will never allow it to happen again, so I wish you well x

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Do you dwell on your last headache or toothache or do you get past it and get back to living life.

You've had a couple of toothaches or headaches recently. They're in the past now.

Hugs .. The best way to get over a bad experience is to get under a good one

Thanks all

Avoided all emotions then something very bizarre and intense happened with someone who turned out to be cheating (prefer not to see attached people, don't need the drama).

That and two others being selfish/silly have made me reevaluate everything but it'll be fine. Time is the best healer etc

Chat about it with some appropriate friends - I don't know the incident, so some things are more suited to this.

If it WA an experience from online, I'd switch to using clubs more.

In clubs you already have a social network and added protection vs. home meets.

I may be a bit cautious but likely change my tactics and habits.

If I've learned all there is from it, then I'd let it go.

But report criminal activities.

Can you go back to someone you had a good experience with next time out? Get those good vibes flowing again
