Just finished work, off to help daughter and family move and then debauchery, well, maybe a couple of Guinness's then snoring and dribbling on the sofa. |

I'm feeling a little bit sorry for myself - most unlike me I hope.
I had an operation on my leg yesterday - bled like a stuck pig - had loads of drips - and OWWWW IT HURTS!! 
It'll be worth it in a few weeks when I can get back to the gym again though - not been able to have a proper workout for ages! X |

It'll be worth it in a few weeks when I can get back to the gym again though - not been able to have a proper workout for ages! X"

No guys! Vascular surgery - but it was stopping me exercising properly so needed sorting! Should be fully recovered in around four weeks they reckon. It's the exit wound in my groin that hurts the most - ouch!!  Xx |

No plans today.
I was there too!!! But lost my prescription sunglasses so basically wouldn't recognise anyone lol"
