I would go for Thai fusion
Hol mein kok (scrag end encased in lady fingers)
Mek yoo kum haad ( a delicate tongue served in special jus)
Ram yoo phull (special banana finished in a house secret creamy sauce)
Sorry still tired but best attempt for now. |

Starter: Deep fried Haggis balls with rocket salad and chilli dipping sauce. Because it's so wrong it's so right..
Main: Line caught Salmon loin in a lemon and garlic sauce served with baby new potatoes and baby leaf salad. Because natural Scottish ingredients are the best...
Desert: Cranachan. Because I'm smooth, rich and come with a boozy sting in my tail!
To drink, a dry, lingering Sauv Blanc from the new world. Because I'm moorish.

"A full English breakfast
Is that cheating ?
Yes "
But it suits me
A naughty indulgence, there's a lot of me, I'm a little fatty, plenty of variety and I aim to ensure that you don't need a second course |

Baked Camembert ( a little unusual but with a lovely soft centre)
Fillet Steak ( straight forward but must be done just right to get the full experience)
chocolate fudge cake with thick cream ( warm and sweet)
Wine a nice Malbec ( surprisingly complex )
