I had a lovely meal out with my best friend & my "niece"/god daughter this evening. I can't believe how clever my god daughter is getting, she really makes me proud and gives me a reason for living.
So, what's brightened your day? |

A message from someone I'm meeting soon.
My eldest telling me he loves me .....for no reason.
Feeling my grand child having a good kick in daughters belly .... Around a month to go |

The perks of the job
And warm woolen mittens?

Brown paper packages tied up with string? No? "

Some lovely, lovely messages including an offer to cook naked for me.
My youngest reminding me that this time next week he'll be on a plane but that he'll really miss me |

"Trip to Benidorm with Blondecaz - booked Watch out Spain!
Where is the nutty bint at the moment anyway? Is she ok?"
She's in lurve
She still goes to clubs, and we're off to First Friday at the beginning of Sept, but her evenings are full of fruity fun. |

Our daughter has a few anxiety issues and she finally went off on her own to a summer play scheme with her little school friend whereas she'd usually make me stay with her or not go at all. I felt very proud! |

Good evening
Its been a brilliant day . Had my first ever pamper day. Full body massage and a facial , metrosexual or what .
It was amazing just a happy boy today .
The biggest smile though comes from chatting to a jolly good and gorgeous chum . And excited about next week |

Waking up and realizing god gave me another day to live it up. Also leaving for work and picking up my baby boy, giving him a hug and kiss, laying him in bed with the wife to go back to sleep for a little before leaving. |

Not exactly today but I thought of it and it made me smile.
On Saturday in Torquay and walking back to our car after a great day on the marina. We get up to the one way system near the town hall and the lights turn red. A car (a small red mk2 fiesta) came speeding at the lights but stopped in good time, calmly and in control.
What made us smile was that the driver was a white haired 80 something old dear who had a big grin on her face.
As we crossed, her window was slightly down and could hear her blaring out dance tunes.
The lights turned green and rest assured, she went off at the the shot of a gun and was last seen hitting the corner at pace before disappearing into the straight (obviously accelerating and leaving a trail of smoke).
So if you are out and about in Torquay, watch out for Granny Boy Racers!
That's what made us laugh at the weekend and also made me smile today. |

What a little star!!! Xxxx
My nephew would've had a meltdown before getting in the car! "
He has done that, but today he just got on with it, he goes through changes, he probably thought " poor Dad, I'll give him a break today", lol X |

She's disgusted she's not allowed chewing gum or sweet any more
Keeping them in is going to be the hardest job |

He's not been allowed since the train tracks went on a year ago. He's not meant to drink fizzy pop either but I've stopped fighting that battle!! His retainer will only be worn when sleeping |

My hubby is out of town until Sunday, but he sent me a very sweet "miss you" text earlier....pulled me right out of the funk I was in.
May seem a little thing, but he's not normally one to be so sweet! |

Lots of things today, which is fab as I've had weeks of depression. My boys chattering on the way to school, messages from my fb, the weather, the smell of the washing when I brought it in from the line, my sister and her baby. It's been a really lovely day |
