Do you have a scent or a perfume that instantly brings back memories?
I used to wear Tresor advertised by Isabella Rossellini......now I have rediscovered it and can't wear it enough......every time it recalls memories of lovers, friends and places. xxx |

Creosote. I used to walk home from school with my nose glued to the freshly painted wooden fences on the estate where I grew up. I still love the smell of creosote. |

When I was a young 'un there used to be a shop in Bromley that roasted and ground fresh coffee beans, I will never forget that smell.....recently a friend who has a coffee shop down this way started to roast and grind coffee beans at the front of his new shop.
It brought back some fantastic memories. |

My late ex-mother in law used to wear T by Lentheric.
Every time I catch a whiff I have an almost irristible urge to reach out to the wearer ....................... and throttle her. |

Freshly cut grass brings back memories of the summer for me its lovely.
Perfume wise Chanel No 5 always makes me want to cry and reach out and be cuddled as it was the perfume my mother wore. Im not sure she even liked it that much and she used it sparingly (only when she went to the bingo) but had to have it as she read that Marilyn Monroe used to wear it.
Anais Anais reminds me of clubbing in the 80s, that was my perfume of choice then. |
