hubby is away again and yet again i cant sleep - i hate it when he is not here - i cant sleep without hearing him breathing or putting his cold feet on my side of the bed
think i might watch an old movie - or listen to a play - what do you guys do to help you sleep? |

get a radio and tune it to a station which only has talk on it.
place it in the corner of a room.
adjust the volume so you can just make out what is being said when your laying down in bed.
light off and go to bed. the brain will listen to the radio and because you can only just hear it all the energy is being used to workout what is being said.
relax and soon you will be asleep. |

I usually read a little until the magazine falls onto my face, then I would put it down and turn the light off to sleep.
Last night, I fell asleep on the sofa with the lappy on my lap, with FAB on the screen.
Woke up at 02:00hish, thought I should go upstairs to bed, next thing I knew, I slept for another 2h on the sofa.
I must have been very tired last night! |
