Our own creation here - chicken / gammon / leek with dumplings in a creamy white wine sauce. In the slow cooker, smells amazing .
P.s not saying we just invented it but we added our own stuff |

Roast chicken for us tonight with all the trimmings including pigs in blankets. Excited to have all my boys round the table for the first time in weeks. |

"Not sure as my mom is cooking Sunday dinner for me.
Think it's lamb chops, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, peas, carrots, with lashings of gravy and mint sauce on top. "
Good ole reliable mom |

Chicken breasts stuffing with red pepper, cheese, ham.
Open chicken breasts with and put inside red pepper, cheese, ham. Close and fried on hot oil.
When the meat cached nice gold color take off from pan put on treys and put to Owen. Take off the hot oil and add white wine, cook and wait for a while. Next step, add to hot wine double cream, salt, pepper and little bit of curry powder, red pepper powder, mixed and done. Take out chicken breasts from Owen and enjoy your meal with some vegetables, potatoes, rice or whatever you like.
