How to cook a skeak

Real hot pan for a start and when ya stick ya meat in it....leave it...

Dont fiddle with it ok....

Then depends how ya likes it really.

Bout 6 mins = well done...

Bout 5 mins = medium

bout 4 mins = rare.

Thats each side

I use one of those cast iron ribble grill pan to fry mine.

Drizzle and rub oil onto both sides of the steak, add a bit of freshly ground black pepper.

Heat the pan until it is smoking hot, slap the steak on the pan, leave for about a minute, then lift and place it back 90 deg from its original position to get that diamond pattern for another minute.

Turn over and repeat the process.

Put on plate to rest while assembling the chips, mayo, sauce, salad, onion rings, mushrooms, mustard etc...

Heaven on a plate!
