While eating haribo and posting on here
I managed to do a weight I have not done for a few years a week or so ago.
Smith machine
80kgs either side.
5 reps.

I've done the 30 day squat challenge I found it quite boring after it got up past the 100 mark but then started doing it whilst watching TV and that distracted me also distracted my counting so ended up doing more some nights because I forgot what I was up to |

Problem is our gym is Crap and that's all they have in 20kg plates(8) if I want to do heavier got to start sticking 10's on which is Crap.
Keep asking for them to get a couple of 50's and 25's |

Keep asking for them to get a couple of 50's and 25's" Yes that's not good as you cant progress as its hard to just put on another 20, my gym got 5s and 0's which makes its easier. |
