That's funny as one of the reasons I swapped to plusnet was because of good customer service, but I have only rang them once.

Well, I was well sneaky - I got straight through to customer service, complained that I was not back online in 24 hrs, and they put me straight through to a technical specialist - who has eventually solved the problem!

Perhaps i can get on with my life now!!

I once waited for 4hrs trying to speak to someone at BT only to find I'd been put through to the wrong department and would have to join another que to spek to the correct person. Needless to say I cancelled and have never had anything to do with BT since.

I don't often get a chance to break them - they never effing work from the start!!!

Coming up to an hour now waiting for a response on Adobe 'live chat'!! You could easily die before they get back to you...
