One for the Lord of the Rings fans. Anyone want to contribute towards the £1.85 BILLION to build a full scale city in southern England?

Why build it in Southern England? Better off by a Welsh or Scottish mountain. South of England is already economically ahead of the rest of the country, a build such as this would bring tourists in from all over the world for centuries and more than pay for itself. But south England? No. |

Actually, could build it on Roseberry Topping, right at the top of the North York Moors the views from it would be superb, as well as a sea view. Near a major port and not far from a growing airport, close by to a reasonably sized urban area and well established seaside resorts.
