not sure if I've been bit or ate something dodgy but my eyes are swollen so is my face ..itching all over and banging head ...I look like I have done a few rounds with Tyson..Not a great start to my weekend.. |

Its been like this since 7 am so I don't think id be going into a anaphylactic shock now would have happened before .
I did sleep with the window open im wondering if ive been bit ...? |

Sounds like hayfever but the banging head is a bit worrying.
give Nhs direct a quick call for advice & if you haven't already wash your eyes with cold water, apply a cold compress and lie down for 10 mins. Might help relieve the itchiness.

Optrex do eye drops for itchy eyes. They help me when my eyes swell from an allergic reaction.
You can also (carefully!) apply anthesan cream round your eyes.
Aloe vera gel can also help and is very soothing if you chill it in the fridge first. |

As my name suggests I am a real doctor! Honest! what you really need is a boob and bum rub to relieve and build up of fluid so it doesn't get stuck in your glands. Now if you need this you will have to travel to my 'surgery' in liverpool and let me work my magic.
I can give a moisturising prescription of my own making too. And a bargain at £8.20 if you ask me. |

I've eye drops from drs as I suffer with dry eyes just put some of that in...ohh yes aloe vera is great will get some once im oot as comes in handy |
