"Lay down for a while... relax.... then stand up far to fast! Its the same effect!"
I could have a go at experimenting with toffee syrup and cheap cider to make my own toffee apple cider. Fairly soon I think that would also have the same effect. |

I went for a run earlier, just before sunset, and I was surprised that it was still so late, plenty of runners and dog walkers about.
OP, why can't you go to bed early? |

I've just been out for a look. The dog came out to watch with me. I waited patiently for the security light to go off so I could see. The beast then decided to go and have a drink from the bird bath, security light comes back on. I then take beast indoors, he begins to howl at being separated. I then go in and calm him down. Go back out and security light comes on. I wait for it to go off, look up can't see anything exciting. Decide I'm too close to the boundary trees, so move backwards towards the garage. Security light comes on. I come in. |

Below Cassiopeia and above Perseus. After 11pm should be the best viewing time |

Typically it's cloudy in the direction I'd need to be looking and clear across the rest of the sky! It would also be easier if my next door neighbour would turn his kitchen light off.
It's beautiful out there though; quiet and still with a warm breeze that smells fresh and clean.
I've seen a few shooting stars. I may go out again in a bit. It's so lovely out there.

"Never looked at shooting stars, meteors or any such thing after reading Day Of The Triffids as a kid "
never read the book but did see the film or mini series of it
but still reminds me of the film when meteor showers are around
but there was 3 of them
the film
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYZAqMeCg_4
and the 2009 mini series
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYZAqMeCg_4
and the 1981 mini series but I prefer the new series above much better remake to it |

"Is "atm" a thing? Can i say that on here without people thinking "ass to mouth"?!"
at the moment
Yes, it's a thing. It's my first though when someone says atm. My second is cashpoint.
I can't speak for those with filthy, warped minds though. |
