Thinking of updating my pics and just wondering what the ladies like yo look at.

A nice firm bum, a nice chest, or just a simple plain pic.

Using fairly up to date pics, not taken from half a mile away (unless you is real ugly), a decent face pic, and for avatars something a bit artistic, like Femme said.
