If anyone really knows the keys to waking up bright eyed and bushy tailed please share.

I always seem to wake up exhausted.

What's your tip?

Our 3 dogs wake us up early every morning, seeing their tails wagging and cuddles sets me up for the day.

"Do I need a dog lol"

You need to go to bed earlier.

Drink a pint of ice cold water as soon as you wake up.

South East Midlands NOT

Apples are apparently better than caffeine for waking you up.

Maybe review your sleep pattern? Are you sleeping enough? Is it good quality sleep? How is your sleep hygiene?

I used to have a sign on my bedroom wall, that said " wake up with a smile on your face, sleep with a coat hanger in your mouth". hope that helps you.

First step, get a dog. Second step, leave the blinds open for natural sunlight in the morning. Third step, drink ice cold water when you wake up and splash some on your face.

If you can find someone to bring you breakfast in bed, all the better. Then send them round to mine
