Well what can I say. It's early in the season (thank god!!) and it seems many of us have a few summer holiday cobwebs to blow from our brains judging by the first weeks predictions and results. 
Congrats to the 6 players who managed a positive score (albeit not the highest numbers in the history of the game!) and to the one who 'broke even' with a duck.
As for the remaining 10? Well there's nothing like giving yourself a challenge at the start of the season - current handicaps ranging from -15 to -60 (yes - i'm propping up the league already along with 'Wild Bill Thickcock'  )
The current leaders are as follows (no point in posting the top performers for the week this week!)
1st - tra-mar, 40pts
=2nd - Staffsfella1 and UKgirl80, 15pts
=3rd - LemonTartSquirtyCream, Teamwork and Wiggyboom, 5pts

I'm a bit disappointed that man city's result doesn't seem to have been counted, when I total up my scores I'm +60..
I guess the computer must be a man I supporter..  |

Ooh! Good point!
Just checked mine and adds up to -50 rather than -60.
The mobile predictor app has been crap so far this season with log in problems and it simply not bothering to work full stop.
I'll check again later and see if the scores have changed as it does seem to be missing the City/WBA game from totals.
My score will still be shit of course.

I'll leave the weekly updates Wednesdays from now on.
It'll put off the embarrassment for at least another day.

This might be the only time I get to say this...so yep I'm feeling very smug and I might just gloat a bit.

My good self and Wild Bill propping things up on -50pts.
10 players on a positive score, 7 with a bit of work to do.
What a difference one result makes!
