Right...cant compete with Zoyas booby hug, but have the moisturiser out and offering neck/back massage. Just a warning, im not gentle, but I will get those knots out...who wants one? |

Once had a friend complain of a knot in her shoulder so I stood face to face, one hand round her waist then used the blunt end of a biro and gently worked it into the knot using only the pressure from my little finger...knot disappeared just as her knees buckled |

My knees have gone quite weak just reading it.
A good, hard deep tissue massage is beyond blissful. Incredibly painful but oh so good.
