I love retro games, and a big thing that irks me with the gaming industry today is how badly it's forgotten its roots.

I'm considering buying a SNES just to play some of my old faves.

The snes has some awesome games, they are ridiculously difficult too!

Super probotector - 7 lives to complete the game with no saves

Isn't the TMNT game for the NES deemed almost inpossible to complete....

I love playing retro games as they bring back so many memories as a kid.

I'm planning on going to the next Play Expo in October for the very first time. I'm hoping that I can get my hands on a ZX Spectrum as I loved playing it all those years ago.

The snes has some awesome games.. Indeed far too many to go thru, as for "ridiculously difficult" the emulator has a save state complete Super Mario 3 a few year back brick hard.

I still play Streets of Rage 2 from time to time, Atomic Dropping everyone with Max is so much fun, especially once you discover the 'stun and turn around in mid air' trick.

Burton upon stather

I love the PS1 emulator on my pc

Dino crisis 2

Front mission 3

Ff7

Just so many fantastic games on that console that with a graphics update could easily hold their own against modern games.
