I have just bought the new Scala rider Q3 and put my old Q2 on eBay, think I will get the new tomtom rider satnav as well.

Two bottles of cider and one of alcoholic ginger beer, yesterday.

Not exactly splashing out but I very rarely drink alcohol and I enjoy a glass of cider in warm weather.

For the third year running I treated myself to a nice new bike as a reward for keeping to my healthy lifestyle and exercise and fitness regime. Notched up nearly eight hours in the saddle yesterday so its working.

I tell myself theres no better investment for your money than in your own health.
