Just seen your photos...... To good for ones blood pressure and as I'm in the office , I can exactly say girls come and have a look at this lol ....sorry..fabbed a couple anyway |

Quite distracted there, I work out twice a week, cardio and weights, then swim 1/2 mile twice a week....I'm hooked and as for diet, I'm on the military diet three days a week, and dropped over a stone in two months . |

Yeah I'm doing super sets and drop sets, but diet also plays a key part. Just losing that extra bit of fat can make you look so much better, especially when it comes to abs. |

I love the gym I'm deffo one that has to diet , I can't out train a bad diet I've tried , I do know some guys with good genetics that can I like food to much .
Any tips for gym bros is well appreciated . |
