"there are some lovely ones out there at the moment with very flattering cuts and designs....Asda usually do nice ones and reasonably priced too. "
I know I just think it just clings to every bit of wobble I have and that's alot... I will have a look |

Probably a good idea to check out plus size clothing websites where the models better represent your body shape and you get a better idea of how they will look on you ...also a nice (not sure what they arecalled) transparent throw that you can put on over your bathing suit helps eliminate a lot of body issue worries |

"Thanks for the advice everyone I'm just being a numpty... "
Just get a crochet kaftan thingy. Hides everything and decent enough to wear to restaurants for lunch during the day. |

"Why do they get slim models to model plus size clothing on some sites...I know yours and new look don't but still get plus size models to model plus size clothing "
I just looked at ASOS and thought the same. Didn't Kelly Brook do a curvy range for New Look? Not sure if it's still around though. |

Bon Marche do some nice swim dresses at a reasonable price (around £20-ish) Don't dismiss them out of hand - some are really nice retro 1950s styles and just skim your curves rather than swamp them.
Also, try looking in charity shops for sarongs - I've got some lovely ones as they were out of favour for a while. Great for covering up |

This really annoys me.
I always try things on. You can miss out on some amazing things that look shit on the hanger if you don't try. |

I got a really nice one from simply be recently for my holiday, just black, inner shelf for the boobs, ruched across the tummy. I think I have about 6 or 7 now |

Get a bikini!
For the first time in my 34yrs I wore a bikini on holiday this year and I felt great in it....
I'm no skinnie Minnie but no one gave me a second glance and it meant I got more of a tan |

I bought a miraclesuit swimming costume and it is the best ever costume I've ever owned.
Yes they are fairly pricey but they are fantastic quality, great for hiding a tummy and extremely flattering. It was low cut but it didn't move or ride up anyway, even after swimming. No more adjusting your boobs or pulling the bottom area after getting out of swimming pools. |

A girl I used to know who was plus size used to get bathing suits which had waist insteps (I don't know if that's the right term) but it made her waist look slimmer |

Be warned, marks n spencers do not go past a g cup in swimwear. Go for Freya, panache or fantasise if you want a really well fitting top bit, you will pay more, but well worth it. I like tankinis and bikinis, haven't worn a one piece in years. Good luck with the shopping, honeypot is right. |

Amazon have some up to size 28.. there are some with a fringe detail that will skim the body rather than cling .. buy sarongs too they are really handy and if you feel that uncomfortable no reason why you cannot go into the water in it. they dry really quick and are a perfect cover up

Being a swimmer, the last thing I want to do is get the chlorine smelling swimsuit out .
I always buy my kinks where you can buy each half separate so you get the right size for your shape.
If you want a swimsuits though, look for the ones that have an inner Spanx , they hold everything in place |
