There used to be regular forumite outings into the Canada chat room.
I'd guess 99% of us had never set foot in the land of Molson, mooses and Mounties.
If you want to stop people using a certain avenue for interaction due to them being 'outsiders' and keep it a local forum for local people?
Build a fuck off big Internet wall and a couple of big Internet bridges and charge £6 to get in but nothing to get out.

When did Chester become Welsh?"
It's in England, but the city's western border is also the national border. The border actually passes through Chester City Football Club's stadium - the ground is in Wales, but the front gates and the access road are in England.

Oswestry used to be in Wales.
And if you want to be pedantic. Tell Fab to change it's postcode parameters, as the Oswestry postcode comes up as Welsh when you type it in the form bar |
