If someone has done something to piss me off I'd rather talk the situation through then sulk & hold a grudge, I don't see the point, what do you achieve?

I hold em for a week while if I'm totally pissed off but I do move on as I'm an adult n more to life than that..but I do think some spout a awful lot then say...ohhh I don't hold a grudge...yes ok 
And I am not just talking Fab I mean the real world too although in Fab I think words are easily thrown around to get more thumbs up n meets....  |

In fab world I don't hold a grudge bar 2 people who recently took me as a complete cunt and it really pissed me off...in the real world there are 2 people who did horrible things to me and I hate them...other than that I can't be arsed with negative emotions  |

In reality I don't hold grudges but I have an ever expanding patio.
On here, who can be bothered? I sometimes use the notes facility to remind me of things people have said that show they're totally not on my wavelength, but grudges? No. I do have quite a long block list but they're blocked and forgotten. |

Indeed. This happened to me and I mentioned it to a friend to discover that nastiness was being spread about me - by someone I had never even met! 
But life's too short to hold onto poison. It's far more satisfying to embrace the sunshine than to sit in the dark. |

I try not to hold grudges. I find that negative energy can be quite destructive and time consuming. I just can't be doing carrying that crap around in my brain. I find it's much easier on my sanity if I can just let things go. |

I didnt realise I was holding a grudge until recently...
I seen my first sweetheart a few weeks ago ( I was 16 and he dumped me  )
Anyway I was looking hot that day, he so was not....
And I seen him looking at me and I walked past his car, looked the other way and I put my sexy walk on past his car....
And I thought you look on, you had it and you dumped it !!!!
Really childish of me as I now 38yrs...
But it felt soooo good lol...
