Last week or so for no reason Mt asthma has flared up and hayfever.

Was wondering if it just me or anyone else also got same issues?

Can't diabetic.

Also pointless as I travel with my job end up eating nothing but honey.

I dont have asthma but had quite bad breathing difficulties last week yes .. anti-histamines worked for me

Yes I am guessing its atmospheric because mine has flared over the last two weeks as well x

Mines worse atm, though I'm now determined to take the rest of August at an easier pace. Stress does affect mine too, but have the feeling the atmospheric conditions aren't great.

It's the atmosphere/humidity. Also had some killer headaches..
