As I'm the driver and my arms and legs are not, erm, generous in length it might be difficult keeping control of gear changes and reaching the brakes.

Find a big hill, stick it in neutral and stand on the seat with your head out the sunroof!!
Or trade it in for a convertible.
I can just see you in the pink Micra Hammond road tested on Top Gear a few years back!
