Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I saw a headline today that the average Brit over 60 has 3 regrets that they think about.

Whatever your age, do you have a regret that preys on your mind?

There are a ton of things I'd do differently, but no point in regretting them now.

If you had done things diffrently you may well have a different list of things you might have done differently. If you see what I mean?

My son was born 10 weeks premature. We took him home at six weeks. The Tuesday evening he wasn't breathing properly so I called the doctor. He told me just because he was premature it didn't mean I had to wrap him in cotton wool: bring him to the surgery in the morning.

He didn't wake up Wednesday morning.

It's hard as a parent to know what to do at times, sometimes we know what's right but feel we should listern to the doctor as they know best

I remember when my daughter was 10 they wanted to operate on her to remove a ovary that was dead, she was prept for surgery then last minute they pulled out saying they didn't want to do such an operation on a child so young, I argued at first as she had been ill for a few years due to this condition but in the end gave up and took her home

When she was 18 she had a full hysterectomy as the infection had got so bad it was either that or she would have died, I'd already last one child when he wad 20 month there was no way I was loosing another after 18 years so I signed for the operation

There isn't a day goes by I wish I had stood my ground when she was 10, at last she's still have a womb and one working ovary
