Thank you to the many music artists who create songs we can associate with and who have been there for us in our darkest hour and brightest day.
Thank you to the volunteers of the various charities who give up their time to help those less fortunate.
My final one goes out to the random young girl who asked me if I was ok when she came over after seeing me sat on a park bench many years ago trying to process how I'd got to the dark place I was in at the time for restoring my faith in humanity.
She said you look like you need some help, do you want to talk about it?
I said I'm ok but thanks for asking and got a genuine smile on my face for the first time in months.
The genuine kindness of a stranger is a rare site. |

I'm thankful for my little group of friends who have rallied around and helped me through a tough period in my life, I'm lucky to have them

I would like to thank my dad for moving my kitchen appliances and kitchen flooring ready for new flooring to be put down today.
And I'd like to thank my mum for feeding me last night and helping me stay sane following the general disaster my dad has created in the house.

I would like to thank the inventor of the camera. Priceless being able to capture a moment.
Pictures mean I can still look at loved ones that are no longer here. They bring back so many wonderful memories too.
