Done. Finished. Discusting.
Ive quit for 5 months then started again recently, so mad at myself because I know how good it felt not smoking! This time with that in mind I'm sure I'll kick it for good!
Apart from Allen Car's stop smoking (which I'll be obsessed with for a few days) any other good material?
Can't wait to breathe normally and not wake up and suck on a toxic stick! Excited already which must mean I'm ready!

It wasn't the first time I tried to quit but it Is the last.
You Can do it xx"
Ta yeah this is my 4th attempt last attempt was cold turkey which is why I know that's the way to do it again! No circumstances what so ever will I fail this quit!  |

Good luck. Don't think the urge ever fully goes! I been clean for 3 years now but the other night I had a few pints and had a strong urge to have one. It will get better the longer you do without. |

I haven't had the urge in a good few years. I stopped cold turkey 7.5 years ago and I'm never going to smoke again. Made a vow to myself and I've kept it. All the best in stopping completely |
